Return Policy
Changed your mind? Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we hear from you, you’ll have 3 business days to send the items back. Returns received after this window may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
You can ship using your preferred carrier or our shipping service. If you choose our carrier with third-party insurance, we’ll provide a shipping quote and a prepaid label with clear packaging instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products (such as resizing or engraved pieces). Sale items are also final sale. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be issued within 3 business days of our receiving and inspecting the package. Each piece is carefully reviewed to ensure it’s in its original condition before the refund is processed.
