Antique 14K Yellow Gold 0.36 CTW Diamond Starburst Twisted Rope Albert Watch Chain Necklace

A lovely 14K yellow gold twisted link Albert watch chain ornated with charm slider set with a sparkling old mine cut diamond weighing 0.18 carats atop a starburst setting on both sides with a t bar dropping down from it. Secured with a dog clip and bolt.
